La Dolce V is a small artisan business dedicated to creating handcrafted fine chocolates. Our award-winning line of chocolates is made using only the purest of high quality ingredients - fine chocolate, fresh cream, sweet butter, premium liqueurs, and natural flavorings. Each delectable confection tastes as luxurious as it looks and will forever change your opinion of what chocolate can and should be. La Dolce V Fine Chocolates is owned and operated by me, Veronica Bowers. Several years ago, I stepped away from the corporate world to pursue my dream of becoming a professional pastry chef. After graduating from the California Culinary Academy, I worked as a pastry chef, wedding cake designer and chocolatier. Ultimately, I found my true passion in the art of making fine chocolates.
