Shipping
- All orders must be shipped to a daytime street address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
- All orders are shipped via Overnight service between April and the end of October.
- 2nd Day Air orders are shipped Tues. - Wed.
- Next Day orders are shipped Tues. - Thurs.
- Currently, we only ship our product to destinations within the continental United States.
Ordering
- E-mail confirmation of your order will be sent within 24 hours of the time your order is received. If you do not receive confirmation, we have not received your order.
- We will ship your order as soon as possible. If delivery is needed by a specific date, please specify in the "Date Needed By" section of the ordering page.
- Inventory issues may arise, in which case you will be notified via E-mail.

Product
- Our assorted chocolates are freshly made on a regular basis and do not contain any preservatives.
- We recommend that you enjoy our chocolates within one week of receiving them.
- All boxed assortments contain a selection of the chocolates made fresh that week. We do not make custom assortments for mail order.
